Mental Health Counseling
I offer evidence-based, trauma-informed counseling for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity disturbances, family conflict, and chronic stress. My clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed work), mindfulness-based interventions, in addition to other interventions, with a holistic understanding of how emotional, physical, and spiritual systems interact. Whether you’re experiencing acute symptoms or long-standing patterns that affect daily functioning, therapy provides a structured, confidential space to process your experiences, build insight, and develop practical skills for long-term stability and well-being.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State, I work with adults and teens, using individualized treatment goals that support sustained healing, improved cognitive and emotional regulation, and healthier relational patterns.
